Sludge skimmer for floting sewage

As for Skimmer, motor-rotation makes chain move and then scraper on the chain scrapes rising oil, scum, solid fluid, fat and grease floating-matters off and put them of oil tank. As followed figurer, in square tank it makes use of chain. In round tank, chain and scraper rotate if the center of tank to remove the floating-matters.

Scraping the whole surface, so not only great quantity of floating-matters but also the all kinds of floating-matters can be removed by one effort. It is necessary to remove the floating matter from sewage otherwise it may appear in the form of unsightly scum on the surface of the settling tanks.

สำหรับบ่อบำบัดน้ำเสียที่มีปริมาณไขมันและน้ำมันปริมาณมากโดยการกวาดตะกอนน้ำเสีย, ไขมัน, น้ำมัน และตะกอนลอย ที่ลอยขึ้นมาจากน้ำเสีย หลักการก็คือมอเตอร์จะทำการหมุนใบกวาด ไปบนผิวน้ำของถังดักไขมัน ไปสู่ถาดหรือจุดออกสำหรับทิ้งไขมันที่จะนำไปกำจัดต่อไป ซึ่งการกวาดจะทำการกวาดโดยใช้มอเตอร์ทดเกียร์รอบช้า การกวาดจะเป็นไปอย่างช้ามาก เพื่อไม่ให้มีการแตกตัวของตะกอนและไขมันหรือน้ำมัน โดยไม่ปล่อยช่องว่างรอบถังให้เกิดขึ้น ตัวถังดักไขมันเป็นแบบถังแบบสี่เหลี่ยมซึ่งตัวกวาดตะกอนจะกวาดไปในแนวยาวของถังนั่นเอง การออกแบบเครื่องกวาดตะกอน จะขึ้นอยู่กับปริมาณน้ำเสีย และขนาดถังดักไขมันที่ใช้สำหรับบำบัด
